Shipping & Delivery

At Libby and Trace, each creation and service is infused with care, intention, and time. Whether it’s a handcrafted piece or a spiritual offering, everything we provide is unique and made especially for you. For that reason, all sales are final.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for:

Handmade jewelry or other physical items.
Custom or personalized creations.
Spiritual readings, intuitive guidance, or soul notes.
Digital products or downloads.
Any order purchased in error or due to a change of mind.

Handmade & Intuitive Work

Handmade items may have natural variations in texture, color, or finish — these are part of the artistry and not considered defects.
Spiritual and intuitive services are based on energy work, insight, and connection. Because these are deeply personal and delivered in full at the time of service, they are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If a physical item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at Christina@libbyandtrace.com with:

Your order number.
Clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review your message and, if applicable, offer a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
